The Ukrainian woman’s work won the competition for the best design of an unofficial logo for Charles III

The work of Ukrainian Elizaveta Zubenko won the competition for the best design of an unofficial logo for Charles III. The jury noted that the work best reflects the idea of the event and the spirit of partnership and friendship between Ukraine and Great Britain.

74-year-old Prince Charles III, who will succeed Queen Elizabeth II in 2022, will be crowned in Westminster Abbey on May 6. The work of the Ukrainian designer will be shown at the ceremony.

The unofficial 2023 Coronation logo does not replace any official Crown symbols. It will be used as a festive element as part of the wider Coronation celebrations.

The contestants’ works were evaluated by representatives of the British Embassy in Kyiv, the head of the BRAND UKRAINE organization Mariya Lypyatzka and the head of the Study UK – British Council design, architecture and fashion program Anna Robinson.
